Lebanon Regional Economic Development Incorporated, or Lebanon-REDI, is a not-for-profit organization, 501c originally formed in 2004, to be the economic development organization for Lebanon & Laclede County. The organization is supported by the City of Lebanon, Laclede County, and the Private sector.

The mission of Lebanon-REDI is β€œTo strengthen the Laclede County economic base and increase the standard of living of all residents through retention, expansion, attraction and development of primary jobs and capital investments.”

Lebanon-REDI is operated and reviewed by our strategic plan, which is updated yearly by the Lebanon-REDI Board of Directors. The major focus areas of the strategic plan are:

  • Business Retention and Expansion
  • Business Attraction – Industrial and Retail/Commercial
  • Community Development
  • Corporate Development
