We at Rustic Ozark Log Cabins are buyers of standing timber. We hand select every tree for the logs of your dreamed for log home or log cabin. All the trees are hauled to our log mill where they are stripped of their bark with a high pressure power washer. They are then milled flat on top and bottom for stability and structural soundness, leaving the outside and inside with the natural beauty of the log itself.

I personally have helped over 300 happy homeowners in the past 26 years, experience their dream coming true of living in their own log home, be it the little cabin in the woods or the expansive mansion on the hilltop.

Timberstone Log Homes, located in Mountain Grove, Missouri specializes in custom log home kits. All our logs are hauled in and stripped of bark, sprayed with borate and air dried. We mill flat on both sides of the log making it easier to work with as well as ensuring stability. The corners are swooped and scribed to give the beauty of the full log unlike the generic “butt and pass” technique. Once the kit is done, we spray the logs down again with borate to keep the bugs and mold away.

Our kits include a prefitted log skeleton as seen in the pictures and are priced with delivery and setup. We start at $45 dollars a square foot and will draw/build anything you can dream of.
